Wonderful ambiance, great looking food, fresh ingredients, friendly staff and good coffee. What more is there to ask for. A real treasure in Smithers. Sit outside in their courtyard on the interesting stools or at the bench tables. Drink from handmade pottery, eat like a...More

This place was recommended to us by another guest at the hotel. They spoke so highly of the restaurant, we just had to try it. Seating was open and our waiter was there immediately. The food is all very fresh and the menu is innovative....More

Update listing, closed on long weekends. Maybe one star is too harsh for food I've never tried but there is no hours online stating this place is closed during long weekends.More

We would agree, Jon, that 1 star for being closed on a long weekend is a bit harsh; however, we understand your frustration. We did have a sign on our door that we were closed for those three days, and if you'd called, our answering...More

I did not even get to try any of their delicious menu as I was ignored as I stood at the counter. A simple smile or hello would have made me feel comfortable enough to stand an d wait. As it was I felt awkward...More

Sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. We seldom hear comments about the terrible service, so this is surprising to us. In future, you might consider phoning or sending a personal e-mail to any business owner when you're frustrated with service...More

We had lunch here during our stay in Smithers. We sat on the patio which was really nice. Our sandwiches and wrap were very tasty. Even though our children preferred to eat my husband's sandwich, we really liked that there were healthy options for kids...More

Hi there - thanks for your review. We always like to remind people that we are local & organic. The grass-fed beef is delivered each week from a local farm, as are most of the vegetables, and many items (mango salsa, for one) are prepared...More

Food was excellent. We were initially going to have some sushi for lunch but decided this place looked more lively and the menu sounded really good. Luckily, their lunch special was a rice/mushroom/carrot/seaweed bowl. It was very tasty as was the wasabi mayo for the...More

Food is great and so different from what we normally find in Smithers. They always have new recipes for desserts and drinks and their classic on their menu are delicious. Great social restaurant. Never you ll go there and meet nobody you know.
