We stopped in for a drink and were pleasently suprised. It is a pub with nice adjoining dining area. Good selection of beer on tap. We had appetizers which were very good. Service was excellent and very friendly. Decor is traditional old pub style

It is located at the center of Chester with nice street view around. Service is good, food is nice. I like the carrot cake and chocolate cake so so so much. Carrot cake probably could be the best ever in Nova Scotia.

We went on a Saturday to catch their brunch menu, their was a wide selection and defficult to choose. I picked the fruit crepe which is like the best marriage to breakfast foid and dessert. Can't wait to go again.

Old style tavern , apparently in the oldest tavern in Nova Scotia(?) Had the chowder. Very good, served with a delicious biscuit. Staff very friendly. Great way to warm up on a chilly day.

Special “lobster on a croissant 🥐” . More lobster than the croissant would hold. All claw and tail meat with a bit of mayo and a bit of lettuce. Pleasant service by Cherie who lives in Mahone Bay.
