I organized a day of wine tasting in the Valle with a group of 10 guests to celebrate my birthday and selected the Adobe Food Truck for a casual lunch stop. Given our group's size, and the truck's popularity, I reached out to ask if a reservation would be possible. The owner was so kind and accommodating and reserved a table for our group. The food is so delicious and fresh... I had a grilled veggie sandwich, which was huge and served with a salad as well - and priced at just 95 pesos - under $5 USD! My husband was delighted to see lengua on the menu, it's a dish his mom used to make for him and he's already talking about going back for more. Others in our group ate the shrimp sandwich, the sausage sandwich and the caprese salad and everyone loved their meals. Great beverage options too, from beers to kombucha and of course wine - the food truck is right next to the Adobe Guadalupe tasting room. A wonderful place to stop for a meal or snack, with a hard working owner and staff dedicated to quality and customer service, and amazingly reasonable prices. I will be back again and again!

Thank you Adobe Food truck for offering delicious food to accompany the wine tasting. Once you've visited a few wineries Adobe Guadalupe is a perfect place to grab lunch or a bite before a larger meal. We were immediately greeted and offered suggestions. We got the tapas sized portions of potatoes, mushrooms, caprese salad with the most delicious tomatoes and olive oil, sour dough bread. Would definitely recommend.

We always stop here for some food when we are in the Valle checking out some wineries. The food is always good, the service is excellent and so friendly. It is a very charming and peaceful location. There is a lovely old dog who owns the place but please do not feed him no matter how much he begs! Special attention is paid for those of us with dietary issues as well. Thank you so much!

we have stopped here many times for a bite in the middle of the day. Their food makes for a perfect break in a day full of tastings. My only complaint is when we were there this past spring is that they only have one beer available. I used to look forward to a cold Stella to refresh after wine tastings and their beer is a heavy cloudy brew and not refreshing. At least offer an alternative.

We had an amazing lunch here! We sat at a picnic table under an olive tree and the service was amazing. We ordered a caprese salad and picositos de lengua, which was potatoes, shrimp, and beef tongue marinated in a chili olive oil. The salad was delicious, and the picosito was quite an experience. It was not too spicy and the beef tongue was very tender, tasting like tender beef chuck. The shrimp and potatoes were also delicious. You can't do winetasting at the tables, but they sell wines by the glass from the winery as well as beer. All was good! We'll be back to try more next time.

My husband and I ordered a few vegetarian items and had some wine while we waited for our car to charge at the hotel next door. The hotel will let you charge if you spend $20 at their wine store (not the truck). The outdoor eating area was nice. The sound of birds incredible and the food was good.

had a great sandwich which i shared with my wife. The only downside is that they only had one brand of beer, a local one that was lacking. They used to have other choices.

The menu is not very varied, although the dishes are well prepared. The downside is that there is a lot of variety in wines and little variety of dishes to accompany them.

We love coming here for their great friendly service, really good tapas (my favorite is the shrimp ajillo), their artisan sandwiches are really good, salads, it's all good. The wine and craft beer are also excellent. We love this place and we love Leda & Pita!

When we were touring the wine country of Baja California we had to decide where we wanted to have a late lunch. We chose the Adobe Food Truck, just because it sounded fun and we love food trucks. It was quite a surprize to find that he Food Truck was actually in a permanent location in a vineyard, kind of off the beaten path. We found the food to be different and terrific. Look at their web site menu and you will see what I mean. We had the sweet Italian sausage and potatoes concoction and it was fulling and delicious. There is a large detached wine tasting room that we did not visit because the Food Truck had a wide variety of wines available, from which we sampled a couple. If you find yourself in the Baja wine country treat yourself to a different dining experience at the Adobe Food Truck.
