Had a wonderful outdoor meal with family and friends. I had the chicken parm but others had the lasagna which was better. Family run restaurant by a Cicilian family. Very personable family (met Mama Teresa & one of the daughters).

Had the best lasagne of my life in Mexico. Ate here twice and had the osso buco the second time. Both meals were outstanding. All of us enjoyed our food. We were treated to a surprise dessert and champagne for our anniversary. This is a beautiful restaurant and the owner and her daughter are very nice. Take a cab as... More

Who knew you could have a truly Italian dinner in Mexico! Outstanding ambience, food and service. The prices are appropriate for the Experience! You won't want to miss this gem tucked away. Just ask a taxi and they will get you there.

Turning down the narrow street to Casa Teresa one wonders if you made the right choice. Could there really be authentic italian cuisine in this place? Absolutely! Once you pass through the front door, pass the bar to the open air dining area you've forgotten about the street outside. On a typical Nayarit night, the stars illuminate the sky providing... More

First visit. You definitely won't stumble on this place on your own. Our party of 4 arrived on a Tuesday night without a reservation at 6:15 and they made room for us. Definitely get one next time but they did a fantastic job of finding a place for us and not making us feel awkward. The staff and service was... More

Quaint small buildings with decor to match. Italian flair is obvious. A welcome alternative to the ubiquitous grilled seafood, as delicious as that is. Cooking is a bit uneven. Veal and beef selections are only adequate due to cuts of meat available locally. Pastas and sauces are better.

We travelled to Punta Mita to have Italian food. Upon arriving we were greeted at the door by MamaT and here daughter Nadia sat us at our table. the atmosphere was amazing. Our waiters were on hand to make sure our wine glasses were never empty. The hand made pastas were fabulous and the osso bucco was incredible. If you... More

Great family run Italian restaurant. The pasta was homemade and in a group of seven everyone had a great meal. Reasonably priced with a great ambiance.

Who would have expected such a wonderful Italian restaurant in the middle of tiny Punta de Mita. The menu changes daily but our party of 10 had no trouble finding at least a half-dozen delicious entres. Don't miss Casa Teresa if you visit here. It is fabulous and the host family works to make sure everyone has a wonderful meal!

Everyone is family here from the owner Teresa to her daughter ---all of the waiters. So incredible to be treated so well. The food is Italian as the owners are Sicilian. Eating is outside under the starry sky and unique lighting fixtures...just incredible. Best restaurant in Punta Mita....just a block from the Four Seasons.
