Located next door to their former location, it is now new and shiny. The pizza is the same and the trick is to keep the toppings minimal. No longer the only pizza in town, there is competition but the regulars keep steaming in. A good option and worthwhile trying.....everyone likes their pizza a bit different so you may love it.

I know how crazy to come to Mexico and order pizza. But we were hungry and sunburnt and not wanting to get out one night and called them up. We ordered a medium pizza with bacon, italian sausage and pepperoni with oregano. OMG amazing. Best pizza hands down i have had in a long time. We even ordered it 2... More

We come to punta de mita at least twice a year. Every time I come I have to have the "Swiss" pizza from mitaz pizza! So flavorful! Better than anything we get at home, can't wait to go back for another!

We were trying to find a little "Sunday chicken" place, since that is popular here on a Sunday apparently. We failed and ended up trying a pizza at Mitaz. It was really good and, coupled with cervezas, it was a very inexpensive meal if you want something a bit different from the usual here. Give it a try. They also... More

If you are visiting Punta de Mita Mexico you must try Mita'z Pizza. It is just as you come into town.. It is locally owned and the owner uses only fresh vegetable and meats. Nicole makes her own crust ( whole wheat available), homemade sauce, lots of cheese and plenty of your favorite toppings. The fresh mushrooms and tomatoes were... More

We ordered an italian sausage/mushroom pizza for delivery last night. SInce they didn't ask what size and it's not mentioned on their takeout menu, I'm guessing they only make one size which is about 12" for $200 pesos. That's about $17.50usd. I live in foodie-town USA aka San Francisco and that is an outrageous price for even the fanciest pizza... More

We are vegan, so finding restaurants in foreign cities to provide excellent meals is not always easy. It was here, whole wheat crust, cheese-less pizza augmented with lots of fresh tomatoes. We loved it. The owner/chef was delightful and cheerful.

On our last night in town we were looking for something different. I had an ad from Mitaz Pizza so we decided to give it a try. What a great surprise. We ordered a thin crust pizza with Italian sausage, tomato, black olive, mushroom and green pepper. It came to our home piping hot and very delicious. Next time in... More
