If you want a fairly cheap feed or a menu with 100s of options for a fussy group but this place is fine. standard pub chain food stuff nothing more. also service was quite slow as they didn't have enough staff on for a Saturday.

all good value, if you have the mussels as a starter, superbly cooked in white wine cream and garlic, you will not need a main course, quantity +++.

A busy spot, 20 minute wait for a table Friday evening - well worth it - food exactly as described, Cajun spice chicken breast as a burger, plenty of it. Lovely sticky toffee pudding too !

Description
A Beautiful farm barn conversation on the edge of the National Park serving great British pub food. locally sourced and home made always served along with seasonal specials. A large 80 seater bar area with real log fire or a tastefully decorated restaurant for more cosy dining there's even a function suite available too. Just on the coast road towards Bardsea.
