Called in for hot drinks. Very pleasant place with friendly staff. Drinks were fine. Toasted teacake very nice and came with butter and little pot of honemade(?)jam

We chose to eat at The Bridge whilst visiting Ashbourne. There was a good range of food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and the service good.

Okay, here's the issue with The Bridge. It's a nice venue, but a bit bonkers. The restaurant 'proper' to the rear of the property greets you with two life size Egyptian sarcophaguses, plus a baby giraffe tucked away in one corner and various other oddities...More
