Third time visiting here when walking nearby. This is the best place to eat in Castleton, full stop. Great value, charming staff and brilliant service. Would recommend again and again.

WOW - we loved our evening at Three Roofs Café's Bistro Night. The theme was World Food - it was a superb bistro experience from start to end. Our meals were superb, for starters my partner had squid and I had an avocado dish, spoilt...More

We thought we would try this cafe because of the good reviews. Big big mistake. We didn't have to wait 10 mins for The food because it was either frozen or pre cooked and just warmed up. The meat and potato pie should have been...More

I ordered a gluten free cream tea as gluten-free scones were prominently advertised on the counter. I wasn't told that when it arrived there would only be one scone, not two as on the menu. Felt short-changed, and left hungry. There's lots of other cafes...More

The cakes (Carrot, Chocolate Orange and Victoria Sponge) were all excellent. Staff were friendly and dogs welcome. Plenty of customers - walkers, cyclists and locals. Great location for a pre walk coffee and cake in Derbyshire.

Reasonable priced coffee. I tried the iced latte but it was quite milky and weak, I would have preferred it stronger. I liked the seating and the atmosphere. Cafe not open on Mondays.

Hi Liz, sorry to hear that your iced latte wasn't to your taste if you'd have let us know we could have made it stronger for you, no problem. We are open on Mondays until 4.30pm - we're open 7 days a week.
