We decided to eat here as we remember enjoying a great meal whilst camping in Castleton last year. There is so much choice of good quality pubs in this town and the Peak Hotel holds its own when compared to the other establishments. It is...More

I stayed at the Peak Hotel for my daughter's wedding weekend. I stayed 2 nights with bed and breakfast and the Hotel also catered for the wedding party reception. All aspects of my experience were absolutely excellent. My room was comfortable, well appointed and clean....More

We have been here before and liked the old feel the place has. The food was tasty and I liked the choice of specials. It was nice and quiet with plenty of choice of tables to sit at. Service was of good standard. Will be...More

Had a meal with my father. He had a very good Steak and Ale Pie while I had a good hamburger. The bun needs work as too fragile (falls apart). Decent fries and chips and good beer on tap. It is a good country pub.

This pub is our "Local" when we visit the area, which is quite often. Yet again they fitted 7 of us in for drinks and food, despite it being busy with the beer festival on. Superb food as ever and despite there being no specials...More
