Good food. Dogs are made welcome. The owner is very friendly to customers but we've heard her being a bit short with her staff, which of course makes us feel uncomfortable as customers. Other than that, it's all great. Nice outdoor seating area too.

Friendly service with some interesting items for sale. Scones were nice but rather dry. Coffee nice. Clearly has some regular local residents who the owner looks after well. There is quite some competition in this Village, but this venue seems well suited for larger groups.

Have been driving through Tideswell for years, so decided to stop here for a coffee as it was reviewed in 'The Guardian'. Friendly service and good coffee and a nice selection of cakes. Minor down side (personal choice of course!) - radio on quite loud - not relaxing music, which was needed in a nice tea room in a quiet... More

We popped in for coffees and were tempted by the giant scones. They are not only big, but offer alternative fruits to the normal sultanas, such as berry fruits: very nice. There are also cakes, but we haven't sampled those. Service was friendly and the prices as expected, and we have returned since for a cup of tea.

We had lunch in this delightful cafe in Tideswell. All the food is freshly cooked. The scones were the best that I have ever eaten - enormous and so lovely. Recommended as dog friendly and the staff were lovely

Called in for coffee and scones on Sunday 11 September. Amazed at the various (and scrumptious) scones available. Very friendly staff. All in all a pleasant place to eat. Will be back during the week.
