Came for the weekend. Ate here twice and the food was excellent. Service with a smile. Good choice of ales and good prices. Freshly made food. Was made to feel very welcome.

We went to this pub for dinner and had the lamb till which was cooked really nicely and tasted beautiful. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice and chilled for a cosy Friday evening dinner.

This is a lovely friendly pub and the meal we had was delicious and an excellent price. Lots of locals in the pub but no one stared; we were made very welcome.

Walked in to the open event for the new management at it was packed I am a local and the evening went well and a great atmosphere

Walked to the village from our B&B to try another local pub. Was accommodated quickly and the food choice was good. Had a lovely meal and enjoyed the atmosphere of a local pub.
