The service at the Coffee Club in Atherton leaves quite a lot to be desired. The dreadful, superior attitude of both ladies behind the counter was breathtaking. Both women have little to no understanding of the art of coffee and no idea what basic customer service is all about. The experience was as bitter as the coffee they served.

Only good thing about this cafe is the coffee is mediocre. Food is never of the quality expected of a Coffee Club. The last time (and I mean "last time ever") I ordered haloumi cheese on a poached egg with tomato, as soon as it hit the table I could smell that the shamefully flat piece of so called haloumi... A great place to visit for coffee or a cold drink. Delicious food and a great choice. Very pleasant staff. I would go there again

Coffee was good. Staff are friendly but slow. Food was nice but table service is poor. Dirty tables isn't a good look.

We eat at the coffee club in our home town a couple of times a week, so heading to the coffee club in Atherton was a no-brainer. The shop was empty but for one other person. We sat down and were completely ignored by the waitress for about ten minutes. I walked up to the girl at the coffee machine... More

Very similar to al Coffee shops, the setting is in a small shopping complex and is quiet. the menu is the same as other Coffee Clubs.

Great location within a small shopping centre. Dine inside or out. Traditional menu but meal quality and presentation was fault less. Office area in the open corner looked a bit agricultural and off putting while trying to dine. Will visit again.

My partner and I had just finished a hot air balloon flight over Mareeba and passed through Atherton for brekky. We didn't want to stop at McDonalds and saw the Coffee Club just behind at the shopping center and sighed relief. We frequent Coffee Club at home several times a month and all I have to say is I was... More

The Coffee Club in Atherton was a lovely stop for a rest after a long drive. The drinks were to the usual coffee club standard, and my partner was happy with the "sliders" ordered as a mid afternoon snack. The staff were helpful also.

Pathetic customer service. Was ignored for 10+ mins upon arrival to dine with family of 8, only to flag their attention briefly to ask which table they had reserved for our booking... And they point to a table with 6 chairs.. We had to add find another table to add ourselves...The Food took more than an hour to arrive and... More
