I'm a local who has called Cairns home for over 5 years now (Cairns is located about 100 km away from Cape Tribulation). I'm also a coffee addict who can't start her day without 3 strong flat whites and I just have to mention how great it was to be able to drink a real barista coffee at 8am in... More

I had a chicken with avocado toasted sandwich and my husband had a chicken wrap... the food was so good and tasted so fresh! We were part of a tour group. Everyone ordered something different and everyone was pleased with their food.

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback in relation to your dining experience, however we do feel that there may be some confusion over the venue that you ate in. We do not offer ham sandwiches, or sandwiches in general, on the menu here at Turtle Rock Cafe. The closest item we have to what you described... More

Excellent coffee and roadside snack bar. Breakfast in a bun and you'd better be hungry. Good food, but it'll need to be fried. Two fun ladies at the helm. Great pit stop.

Great Value fish and chips and hot chocolate after snorkelling trip. Very much appreciated. I could have eaten there every night. Just about got there before it closed.

We are so happy we were able to assist in recharging the batteries after an action packed snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef... it sounds like the meal and hot chocolate hit the spot! Cheers for the great review :-) More

We had toasted Ciabatta sandwiches & they were both epic. The location is great, it's walking distance from loads of different accommodation options. There is even a Golden Orb spider display!
