Relaxed atmosphere where you can have a quiet conversation & just enjoy the surroundings. As soon as you walk in you notice the friendly helpful staff. They have a great range of herbal teas as well as food. You only need to read the menu on the wall & everything sounds healthy & tasty. We were there to have a... More

What a great little alternate cafe. Gluten & grain free cafe in the heart of Nambour. I had banana bread & coffee which is beyond words, absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. I would highly recommend you try this place with so much to choose from.

I've given H&H 4 stars mainly for perseverance along with championing local produce, despite being let down by at times a fairly unimaginative menu, tiny portions and expensive pricing, which is why I visit probably only a handful of times per year rather than the dozens of times I could. That said, the place has a good number of loyal... More

This little gem is tucked away in Queen Street with an eclectic mix of furniture, several outside tables, a blackboard menu and excellent coffee. Add in friendly, accommodating service and you have a great little cafe for coffee, brekky or lunch. The avocado and tomato bruschetta on sweet almond bread that I had for lunch was quite a few cuts... More

Tim Adams coffee, very well made and excellent service! Has an rustic, homey atmosphere and great as a stop off from Brisbane to the sunshine coast. Only suggestion: addition of soy milk please. Would return!

Great coffee, the food was delicious, and atmosphere was welcoming. Eclectic decor and prices were affordable. Staff were friendly, and the barista has a beard which is a sure sign of a good coffee. Definitely worth the walk to find this little gem in the side streets of Nambour.

While I was on placement in the area, this was the place to have your cuppa or to catch up with friends over a meal. I went there enough times, I felt local to the area! Great vibes, I love the staff there and their food, so healthy!

This has got to be one of the best hidden gems on the Sunshine Coast, and particularly Nambour. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Grain Free...All safe foods if you have gluten sensitivities. Good atmosphere and reasonable prices for what you get. But best of all very delish!!

This cafe is completely gluten & grain free. Everything is baked fresh everyday on the premises including wonderful flatbreads served with seasonal, local organic vegetables - cupcakes and muffins of all descriptions, flavours, biscuits, shortbreads, speciality gluten and grain free - the list is long just for the freshly baked products that were on display. The chai tea is perfect, brewed (not powder) and a generous amount in a wonderful do it yourself plunger. Coffee is supplied by the 2009 Australian Barista of the Year - Tim Adams. The lunch menu is short, seasonal, organic and local. The place is retro, fitted out with walls papered in old newspapers, retro chairs, lounges and heaps of collectables. Yum
