The new owners, Jay and Paula Williams have done an excellent job revitalizing a Bowling Green tradition! It will be the best steak you will ever have!

We saw the TA reviews and decided to pick this place up and we were very pleased with our selection since we enjoyed our drinks and our dinner! The place was in a convenient location where other bars and pubs are located but we had a good time here and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We ordered a... More

After reading all the positive reviews for Trotters we were really looking forward to dinner there. Unfortunately the whole experience was one disappointment after another. The first was when I ordered a bourbon and ginger-ale and got a Jack and Coke. The second, which should have been a red flag was when the salads came with dressing with so much... More

Trotter's "Brown Jug Steak" is the greatest. My family loves going to Trotter's for the quiet and pub-like atmosphere and everyone usually gets the "Brown Jug Steak Dinner" The special seasoning flavors the steak with a melt-in-your-mouth taste.

In the heart of a college town, this place has the atmosphere suited for gatherings of students and friends . The hot brown open faced entree is a specialty and is quite good. Steak salad is also good. Food prep time was a tad slow, but the servers were very attentive. Good place to come for a college weekend visit.

It was very small. If you don't have a reservation you have to set at the bar if there's room. It was a long wait for our food. Didn't care for the sauce the steaks were cooked in

Kenzie was our waitress and was friendly and attentive. Little jug steak was prepared perfectly and served on a hot skillet, most juicy and tender!!! Get there before 6:00 and you will get $5.00 off. Atmosphere is casual , well lit, many new TV's and has a sense of fun energy!

Well, we wanted to go here for a nice dinner but we were very quickly turned away by a female server as soon as we entered the front door; who said they could not serve us tonight and did not even give a wait time or anything. It was our first time visiting Bowling Green so not a good impression... More
