First time I have ever walked out of a restaurant. Waited 20 minutes with no service. Asked Hostess and 10 minutes later waiter arrived for someone just seated and still ignored us. Inexcusable!
Great "Hanky Pankies". The soup, salad and 1/2 sandwich combo is a deal and I just wish it had a larger interior. Great outdoor seating in the summer but cold weather seating is lacking.
My husband and I had a wonderful meal on Saturday night at West End Bistro. This is a wonderful, quaint restaurant in beautiful Chagrin Falls. Great menu. I had the scallops which were wonderful. My husband enjoyed shrimp and grits.
