We had dinner at Etna on 05/19/17 and had a wonderful experience. The place is small and the tables are very close to each other, yet we felt like we had a lot of privacy. Little italy in Z does not have a great reputation for food but Etna is the exception. My wife and I shared the mozarella and... More

Arrived for an early dinner on a Thursday and getting a table without a reservation was a bit difficult, so be sure to make a reservation. Service was correct but not overly friendly, which is unfortunate when you're in the hospitality business. The veal and chicken dishes were well prepared and tasty. The accompanying vegetable (peas) had little taste which... More

Amazing food in a very intimate atmosphere. I had squid ink infused pasta with grilled scampi. Easily accessible from Cleveland clinic

First, the food is outstanding. The pasta is cooked perfectly. The calamari is what you would expect if your were in Naples. The service is efficient and friendly which is difficult in such a small venue where tables are virtually next to each other. It's noisy. So what! Everything else is top notch.

Okay, I've said that before but if it gets better, i gotta say it. If you read many of my reviews, you know I go to a lot of Italian places. I love everything Italian. Been to Italy twice, took cooking classes there, love to cook it, read about it, etc. I will say right up front the pictures on... More

Had a great couples dinner here over the weekend. Reservations are a must for this smallish restaurant at the far west end of Little Italy. Pasquale, our server, was attentive, friendly and unobtrusive. Salads were fresh and tasty. Numerous specials - we tried the salmon & seafood Cioppino and the lamb shank. Others ordered pasta and ravioli - everything was... More

This was my sisters 50th birthday party. They put a long table together. The restaurant isn't very big. It is on the very west end of Little Italy. Atmosphere was nice. It was kind of dark. I really liked the way our waiter introduced the specials and explained how each would be cooked. I thought they took to long to... More

I have travelled to Italy many times, and eating at Etna was like being there. I was visiting friends in Cleveland, and I am so glad they took me here. The food was spool good, and they also have a great wine list. Would love another visit here...

Cozy, small capacity restaurant with authentic Italian waiter and friendly staff. Broad selection of common Italian dishes. No vegetables in dishes or on menu, excepting salads. Adequate wine list. While pricing is modest what you get is what you're paying for.
