Stopped at the Harp to have a Christmas Holiday dinner with family and had an enchanted and charming evening! The food is good, the atmosphere is cosy, warm and charming! One of my favorite west side restaurants!! A great casual place!

I have wanted to visit this restaurant for awhile. Every time I drive by it, the parking lot was full. I assumed there would be a long wait so we went at 230p on a Saturday. It was still quite busy, but there was no wait. I have to say the New England Clam Chowder was the best I have... More

Creative, clean and has atmosphere-that's what this place has. Now to talk about the food - simply put - wonderful! If the weather is good, check out their patio.

I love Irish themed pubs and restaurants. What I don't usually find offered is boxty, which is a traditional Irish food. The Harp offers four or five different boxty presentations. We visited the Harp with another couple and we each had a different boxty. The portions were large and tasty. The service was excellent. We ate on the patio, it... More

I said "Irish" in the title, but the menu at Harp is pretty eclectic. I had perogis and a Reuben; my wife had fish, and our friends had shepherd's pie. Service was wonderful, and we sat in the warm summer night on the patio, which overlooks Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland.

Food not so much...skip the Corned Beef, very fatty. Other food just average though I enjoyed the special mashed potatoes.

Great place to go in the warmer weather months. Beautiful outdoor patio and the food is good. When the weather cools, there is a nice fireplace indoors c as well as a very cool bar. Eats? Drinks? Whichever....Harp is worth a visit

A bit of a challenge to get to if you don't know the area but nice views of lake Erie from the patio even though a little close to the freeway. Very warm atmosphere inside as well as a very welcoming staff. The menu is not overburden but there are some very good choices. I was a bit disappointed with... More

I went here for a late Sunday lunch and found the place quaint with a great view of Lake Erie. I ordered the Oktoberfest draft beer that was excellent. I also had the vegetarian boxed entree which was abundant and tasty. My friend had the crab sandwich that also was quite good. I would have given them 5 stars but... More
