The overstuffed sandwiches are without a doubt the best I have ever had. Complete with fries and coleslaw right on the sandwich there is no need for a side (other than a draft beer). I am a big eater and this sandwich is hard for me to finish and stays with me a loooong time. Great before an Indians or... More

We weren't sure what to make of this place when we stuck our heads in the door. The Panini's name struck a chord with our cravings, but the decor just didn't jive. You walk into a sparsely appointed area with tile floors and wooden tables. At the back is a preparation area with signs indicating sandwich and pizza selections. We... More

I go here before venturing to see the Indians play. This place has the classic panini sandwich, not some pressed thing that's thin and smashed. This is a wrap your face around it sammich. All sorts of different meats and cheeses, even eggs. I get the capicola, love it! Piled high with meat, provolone cheese, New york style slaw(Not Creamy,)... More

Very crowded, long waits, and dirty tables. Food was pretty good, but the overall atmosphere wasn't good at all. Only for adults, not children.

Stopped here as we walked to Progressive Field for an afternoon game. Pretty crowded and I was curious to try what I understood was a Cleveland "specialty." You place your order at the register. I inquired about the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and understood it was actually a hamburger pattie (?) with the requisite French fries and slaw piled on. I... More

Nice location, but that's about it. Service is slow, beer tap system is visibly not attended to on a consistent basis. Food is okay at best, but nothing unique. Seems like it is managed cheaply with minimal accent on renovating or keeping updated to this decade. Bad music all the time.

Stopped in after an Indians game and was very impressed with the pizza. Very good and a big pizza overall. Definitely worth going to.

Panini's is a great place before or after the game. Always plenty of good beer on tap, and while it's not fancy, the food is pretty darn awesome!

We love going to Panini's for pizza and their overstuffed sandwiches. This place is fun but I wish all the drunken idiots would stop tearing the hell out of the bathroom.

The food was average. I had chicken tenders and fries, my daughter had grilled chicken wrap and fries. Fries were limp and greasy. Good service though, friendly staff.
