Loved the food but the staff was a bit disorganized. My order was mixed up twice.. Nut it was very delicious food! Compliments to the chefs!

Don't get me wrong the food here was as good as any Wagamamas I've visited before, but this visit warrants a 5 star review for the service alone. Attentive, friendly, sharp and best of all did everything they could to make my son's first visit an enjoyable one. Maybe it was ambitious to take a fussy 8 year old to... More

Am a fan of wagamama food. Visited media city for the first time and i was so impressed. The food by far here was the best i ever had in any wagamama. Perfectly cooked beef in my chiili ramen, gyozas not chewy or greasy just perfect. The restaurant is small, simple service, but just the food will drag us back.

We went to Wagamama before a show at The Lowry. Lovely Italian manager and staff. Great freshly cooked food. Not such a large restaurant that can't cope....quiet when we arrived but very busy as we left. Thank you so much. Highly recommended. Glad we made your night by mentioning that you must be the guy everyone talks about on Trip... More

Very very enthusiastic waiter! Small Wagamama but perfectly formed. Food was yummy and hot. I got a dish adapted to gluten free. Between £15 and £24 per head for main, side and a drink. Two friends had never been to a Wagamama before but now want to go back tomorrow!!!!

Visited here on a Saturday early evening around 5pm and we were seated straight away. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were really friendly and polite. Once we had ordered it didn't take long at all for the food to arrive, probably one of the fastest services we've ever had. The food is all cooked fresh and you... More

We went for lunch after visiting a customer and I had never been. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the place is nice inside. The food was also very fresh and a bit different but portions were a little small. They would have got a 5 but I had to wait an extra 5 minutes for my main... More

This was our first visit to a wagamama restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised, for a restaurant chain the food was just a good as other independent japanese restaurants. The pork belly and beef steamed buns were some of the best we had ever tasted. The food is fresh and tasty and served as soon as ready, this means it... More
