We called in for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The choice of real ales was good, as was the choice of wines. We had a baguette to eat and it was very good, with plenty of filling. Well worth a visit.

The second time of visiting here this week and each time has been outstanding. The service, the food and surroundings just lovely. Brilliant location right at the bus terminus and beautiful Ringwood town around the corner.

Lovely, hot and tasty with a hot cuppa. We had one veggie and furlong breakfast. Good choice on the menu and friendly staff. Will be back.

This so called "pub" is a disgrace and I STRONGLY recommend that you take your money ELSEWHERE. There are MUCH better pubs situated within Ringwood and I can honestly say I have visit nearly all of them and this is without the WORST! Look at the other reviews on here, I am clearly NOT ALONE in thinking this is quite... More

We paid a couple of visits here while on holiday in the area recently and had some very nice meals on both visits. The Pub was very busy on both occasions especially on the Saturday as there was a football match on the TV. The Pub is always nice and clean since Garry and Jan have been the licensees and... More

Dropped in for lunch. Good selection of (mostly Ringwood) ales. I had pate of the day (smooth) which was tasty & cheap. Nice atmosphere with large wood burner in the main bar area.

Nice place, staff are friendly - just doesn't stand out for me in anyway which is fine - it's a small town pub and has a good local feel. Think they do live music here, which I'd expect would throw more character into the place so maybe worth checking one of those nights!

Close to car park and serves food all day. Varied menu, large portions properly cooked. It is an old pub, probably a coaching inn and it had a proper fire. There is a bright conservatory or a traditional room to eat in.

During our shopping trip to Ringwood on Saturday 30th October we popped into The Furlong for a late lunch at approximately 3.00pm. We ordered two sandwiches and one portion of chips. The young woman who served us appeared to go out of her way to be unfriendly and she had an off-hand manner. A warm welcome and smile were definitely... More
