The food and tea here were realy beautiful. However I definitely found that while being tailored for a more mature audience is fine, being in my mid 20s I still want to enjoy a good round of tea as much as the next person, and didn't feel quite as welcomed. Definitely worth a visit however.

After visiting Leominster Priory, we were sightseeing in the town centre. We passed The Emporium, which looked to be a good place for lunch. We were not disappointed. My wife's quiche was very well done; I tried one of the day's specials, a cassoulet, which turned out to be the best version of that dish I've had anywhere. We will... More

we popped in to dry off and get a bite to eat. Service was excellent and food very good. Tea came in a pot with extra water which allowed us two cups each. Food portions were good but tbh prices a little high for a tea room.

We were staying in Leominster over the new year and despite the dreadful rain my daughter and I decided to have a little wander through the town and browse some of the myriad of antique shops. As a break from the weather we agreed that a hot chocolate was a requirement as we had chanced upon this little tea shop.... More

What a characterful place! A lovely warm welcome from the owner who was absolutely charming - as if she were welcoming us into our home. Usual tea room/ cafe fare with a few interesting hot bistro style specials. General portions and on our visit on a rainy day a complimentary top up of filter coffee ( very good by the... More

Heard the owner admitting to another customer she couldn't be bothered making any scones that morning (it's a tea rooms!), then when someone else came in and asked for scones she declared that she had been so busy she had run out! The crazy lady spent much of her time berating another, older lady who was serving (her mum maybe?) about... More

Quirky little tea shop that is living in the past but with some good food. Went in just for a lunch time sandwich. The sandwiches were very generously filled and came with a side salad which was possibly one of the most generous we have ever had. Tea was good and the service fine. The eccentric lady made it all... More

Very bizarre. Tried to order a couple of traditional english breakfasts - the lady serving 'educated' me quite forcefully that she was not willing to cook sausages as they take too long and she does not offer fried food (I was only attempting to order off the dirty menu she had given me). I was not entirely sure what I... More

Whilst visiting Leominster I found a small family run cafe. I entered to premise and had a very warm welcome from the hostess. Looking through the menu it seemed to cater for all types, with a great range of hot meal, sandwiches, cakes etc, Everything you would want from a cafe. I went for the beef stew with a baked...
