Decided to have lunch here on a visit to the town. We were quickly and efficiently shown to an empty table in the crowded restaurant. We had coffee and sandwiches and though expensive they were nicely presented with trimmings. The coffee was served in small...More

Thanks for your comments. We advertise filter coffee with a free re-fill - we don't give a free 2nd cup of Cappuccino, Latte or any other espresso based coffee which includes de-caffeinated coffee (as it's espresso based). I think you're a bit harsh giving us...More

Came in whilst we were staying overnight in Tenterden. It's a lovely cafe in a beautiful old building and was doing a roaring trade. Service was friendly (if a little disorganised, but our nice waitress was quite new I think). We went for the deluxe...More

Lovely quaint restaurant with quite a varied menu. I had a jacket potato and chilli which was nice but it could of done with a little more chilli. My husband said his burger was very tasty. Staff were all very pleasant.

We only stopped for morning coffee here, but wished we were there for longer. It was pleasant to be invited to take a seat where we wished and have our order taken at the table and served there. The range of coffees was good. The...More

Service was acceptable but staff seemed to be in an unholy rush firstly to take our order and then to present the bill. We went for shared cream tea. Scones were stale as were the crusts of the bread. For the price you should expect...More
