No - those on the walls, they werent on the menu. There is nothing to dislike about this hostelry. We stayed the night too. Staff , setting, one could go on........

Top pub, fantastic location, lovely walks in area, great food. Authenic English country pub, roaring fires, helpful staff, dog friendly, great views, top rooms with fire in some too

Inn at Whitewall, serves exceptional food in an exceptional location. As with other reviewers the fish pie (and Beer) is excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Only issue is you need a good satnav to find the place.

No it is probably about 8-10 miles from the centre of Clitheroe but as a result of the narrow country roads, I would budget for 20-25 minutes. You should also note that there is no public transport that goes anywhere near... More
