A unique & very special wedding venue & experience. Staff worked extremely hard to deliver a first class experience.

Popped in to The Potting Shed en route home for a quick cocktail with the family. Lovely atmosphere and delicious cocktails. Even the smaller visitors were satisfied with their steaming hot chocolate topped with cream and marshmallows. Definitely worth a quick stop if you're passing. Not the cheapest pit stop but surroundings are excellent, produce is great and staff friendly.

We took out daughter to see santa, looked round the gardens and looked round the Christmas market. It was a fantastic day! We also went for lunch in the tree house. The standard of food was great and the service was exceptional. Other people have mentioned not being able to get in - you definitely need to book. They have... More

What a great location and gorgeous surroundings for a mid-range restaurant. The weather wasn't great for us but it didn't matter. The food was lovely and I was happy it was tailor-made to my requirements which was very accommodating. There is plenty of parking and I would suggest this restaurant for lunch or dinner. The treehouse is a gorgeous and... More

Had a lovely Sunday Lunch here. The surroundings are just wonderful. Food was first class. Roast Beef just melted in your mouth and a lovely Apple and Blackberry crumble to finish with. Will definitely return very soon.

Magical. Faboulous good. Good cocktail menu. Excellent service. Been before and we will be back. You are welcomed by a role bridge out by fairy lights. There is a warming fire put when you enter and the whole of the interior shso is out by fairy lights and candles. Well worth a visit.

What an unusual idea for a restaurant. Warm and cosy with a stunning interior. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was lovely but lunchtime menu was limited if you are a plain eater. The bottle of Melbec went down a treat. Would we visit again? Absolutely

On this occasion we didn't stay for a meal but we had a good look around and this restaurent looks amazing. We looked at the menu and it looked very tasty. Fine dining. The wood burner in the middle was very welcoming on a cold day. The chairs were ver interesting with very tall backs. Would love to visit again... More

Lovely surrounding. Nice welcoming atmosphere with a roaring fire. Staff were very attentive and helpful as one of our party was Gluten free. Food was tasty with a good menu choice. I chose fish and chips which was very nice. Excellent place to go for a special treat and something a little different but quite expensive for every day lunch.

Description
The Treehouse is one of the most magical and unique restaurants to be found anywhere in the world. It’s high up in the treetops, with a roaring log fire in the centre of the room and trees growing through the floor. Most importantly, the locally-inspired food is delicious. Always featuring local fish and seafood, meats from Northumberland’s farmlands and other regional specialities, the Treehouse Restaurant menus highlight local quality, taste and change throughout the seasons. There’s a great wine list, a good range of beers and regular live music. For a family dining experience that you’ll all enjoy, a great night out with friends or a romantic dinner for two, there’s nowhere quite like it. We always recommend booking ahead for lunch or dinner.
