Friendly staff, diner cafe feel inside. Simple menu however all the family enjoyed the meals. We had meatballs, Mac n cheese and a pizza. Plus drinks. All came in under £25.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is very good and well worth the prices being asked. Child friendly with staff taking an interest in my daughter ie asking about her day and what she has been doing

The iced cream is excellent, and the foo dishes very good. Everything is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. The place is used by the locals and has a good atmosphere.

Visited for lunch with my wife and 2 children following a visit to Berwick barracks. The 60s style decor has to be seen. Simple basic menu, that was well cooked and delicious. I can recommend the lasagne, It was the nicest I've ever had. The best part however was the ice cream. There is a reason this place has been... More

its worth going in here for the atmosphere, it's like stepping back in time. The food is good basic and the ice cream excellent. Be warned the loos out the back outside but very friendly staff who obviously recognise good customer service. It's worth walking down the Hill and along the bottom street, some lovely quirky shops, good exercise walking... More
