We stayed in Seahouses, drank in here every day. Brilliantly kept real ales, nice fire, warm staff Fabulous place

Frequently visit this olde world pub on our visits here. Very small but inviting bar. Friendly staff. Lovely roaring fire in winter

Well worth a visit, and a homely fire on cold days, staff are really pleasant and the food is good. Also a good selection of whiskey and new gins.

Greeted by total indifference by staff in the main bar and told that we couldn’t possibly have booked a table to eat in the ‘cabin room’(arranged this two days before the visit)! This was then sorted and booking confirmed. Food was ok but very rushed....More

Great choice of beers, though we didnt eat, as dogs are only allowed outside. Sitting outside in the beer garden in November didnt grab us, shame as the pub has hard floors and is equipped to take dogs. Would have had more custom from us...More

Dogs are welcome in the garden area but the pub is too small for dogs I think.
