Had to share this great little tearoom. It does meals but we had their cream tea (without cream as I don't like it). The tea consists of two lovely warm homemade scones, with butter, jam and cream, and a pot of tea. Other patrons had choice of soup, filled rolls or fish and chips. This is a definite for afternoon... More

What a dreadful place. My partner, friend and myself had a lunchtime snack there yesterday. We had two tuna and cucumber sandwiches and one cheese . Three cups of tea and the bill came to over £17. The bread had no spread on, the cheese had no flavour, the bread had just been waved over the tuna, the crisps had... More

Went in for tea and scones. One young waitress seemed to be doing everything all on her own- serving, clearing table, taking payment, making teas, coffees and much more! She never stopped a second all the time we were there! She was calm, polite and smiley, obviously worth her wait in gold to the business. Tea was nice and hot,... More

We (4 adults and 1 toddler) popped in for an afternoon snack during our recent visit to Seahouses. Between us we had three hot drinks, a milkshake, an enormous toasted teacake, and a bacon bap. It was all very good and the staff were quick and pleasant. The breakfast menu looked great so that's what I'll aim for if we're... More

We had coffee or tea and freshly baked fruit scones here twice. A popular, friendly, clean cafe with a variety of snacks or meals on offer. They do a full breakfast starting at £4.99!!

It was a warm afternoon, and after walking, we fancied a cup of tea and fruit scones. The pot of tea arrived quickly, with a short wait for the scones. The scones arrived with butter in small packets. I was expecting the scones to arrive with jam and cream, so I asked for jam, which again arrived in small packets;... More

We had lunch at the Cafe while we were visiting Seahouses. We had a sandwich and a fruit scone, with clotted cream and jam, it was delicious!!

Just popped in for a coffee and ordered a teacake, wow what a teacake, huge and tasty too. Coffee was good too, not top draw but perfectly acceptable.

This small cafe provided prompt and friendly service, a varied menu and well-cooked food. Only had a simple baked potato, but it was perfect, with a good salad accompaniment.

Probably the worst eating experience we've had while in Northumberland. Generous portions but the cooked breakfasts were greasy with cheap ingredients considering what we paid and our omelettes were dry and overcooked. Staff unwelcoming and unfriendly - an experience not to be repeated.
