I spent a fantastic weekend here when visiting friends. For various reasons we needed somewhere to stay and they recommended The Kings Head. Wow! the rooms are really comfortable and stylishly done without being over the top. Treated our friends to dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. the food was top notch and the staff and service were great.... More

Nice old pub/inn in the centre of the village, log fire, pleasant staff, good shower in the bathroom, very comfortable bed and warm bedroom. Good food without being rushed. Good as a centre for-walks.

A lovely setting, in a lovely part of England. Friendly, helpful staff. Cosy, quaint surroundings to eat, drink and socialise. The food was excellent. Ample parking space, clean toilets and a accommodation if required.

We had a lovely weekend at this traditional little pub, full of character and charm. The food was delicious and the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms and it was spacious, clean with nice features. We also has our small dog with us who was made most welcome. The pub is well located for... More

Stayed here for the night last night. A great little place to stay in the Cotswolds. The rooms are spacious and warm with the comfiest of beds and a shower that verges on a waterfall rather than just rain. The menu at dinner was extensive and delicious with classic pub food but also the likes of pheasant and delicious looking... More

We went here because it is in the Good beer guide. Like lots of pubs nearby it seems to be mainly food orientated and I suspect you might struggle to find an unreserved seat at times. Having said that we did eat, the food was well cooked and presented and of good quality. It appears to be several old cottages... More

It's a lovely Inn that we've nog been to on our travels for a while. We popped on for lunch and found the lovely King' Head still as charming and welcoming as ever. The menu has changed again and with such a great selection on offer. The soup is wonderful and the Open Sandwiches which we're new to us are... More

Four of us stayed for two nights in this cosy inn. Rooms in the courtyard were spacious and comfortable, and warm even though weather was very cold. We ate in the bar area as we had a small dog with us. The atmosphere in the bar is very good. Could not fault the food, delicious and good choice. However the... More

Spent a wonderful time here celebrating the 11th anniversary of my 39th birthday! Warm, cosy room, attentive and helpful smiley staff. Great tasty food, lovely Cotswolds pub at its best! The rain couldn't dampen our spirits and the fire was roaring! Can't wait to come back and do some walking and sample the great hospitality again! Well done Kings Head... More
