Waited over 30 mins to be seated. Then every time wanted to visit buffet there was at least 10 minute wait for pizza as service was so so slow. Was waiting 15 minutes for Mac and cheese and hence I asked how long it would still be was told another 10 minutes. How can this place take money from people... More

Been here a few times but our last visit seemed to have got us with mixed thoughts, everything was great don't get me wrong but I thought as we had kids with us it was a very long wait and yes it was packed but we waited nearly 2 hours plus 10 minutes eating time and the rest just waiting! We... More

A very busy weekend at Alton Towers but we only queued for 10 mins and its a great way to feed hungry mouth. All you can eat pizza, Pasta and Salad. and endless soft drink. Great Salad bar and the Pizzas where great to, just found the pasta a bit uninspiring. Tips. Starve them around the park and drop in... More

Visited the restaurant during our visit in October, pizzas and pastas were always extremely hot and fresh food was constantly coming out of the ovens which was great! The food tasted great and as an all you can eat I feel I got my money's worth...!

We ate here as part of our visit to Alton Towers for Scarefest. The restaurant is small and crowded given the footfall it receives at busy times. It was rammed when we visited and we were lucky to get a table when we did as there was a massive queue when we left. The food itself was really quite good... More

Good prices, food is tasty and the buffet well stocked. The only thing I would add is if you've already paid for the refillable Alton towers drink it should be usable in the eateries too.

Restaurant full although promptly found a table, service very quick. All you can eat pasta, pizza, salad and drink just right for adult and 2 young ladies. Food was quickly replenished when empty by staff. Lovely thank you.

We turned up at 4.30pm for an early dinner for our two young kids before driving home after a wonderful day at Alton towers and a wonderful stay at Alton towers hotel the night before. When we arrived the staff were only interested in closing down for the day, the four of us ( one being a baby in a... More

Quick bite to eat at lunchtime Saturday. The line was out the door which nearly put us off, but that went down rather rapidly. Lovely food with a decent amount of choice. Bit over priced for children, think it should have maybe a younger child then a middle priced rate, my 3 year old barely ate and it was over... More

We visited here today for the all you can eat and drink pasta and pizza for £12.95. For the money we weren't expecting much but it was terrible. I wouldn't have paid £2.95 let alone £12.95!!! The pizzas were slimy and greasy and all tasted the same and the pasta was in bain maries. Over cooked and with no sauce... More
