There is a great history and atmosphere just walking in the door. The Doom Bar on draft is amazing. The food is great. This is a fun place to sit with and listen to locals.

Dirty place. Filthy table next to us not cleaned in the two hours we were there and the men's toilet floor was swimming in urine. Quite disgusting. Aside from that really overpriced largely I imagine microwaved rubbish. How the British public support and put up...More
Excellent, genuine old pub. Part of a group so the menu is standard but a good choice and the food was well served and nicely presented. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

I've been to the Dun Cow a few times now and every time there is always an error. The food is always ok but I do expect better. Also they aren't flexible and they order the food in pre-made.. this disappointed me.
Hi, I'm sorry that on several of your visits we have missed something. However the majority of the food we get is prepared on site and fresh. I do hope i see you again soon. Many thanks Zeb Greer

Took my favourite mother in law out for lunch here as she lives in the village. Good choice of food and reasonably priced. Sat in the garden in the shade as a lovely day. Would eat here again on our next visit.
