Really great food and friendly service. Not sure about the badger chair though. Will give anyone a fiver if they can stay on it for more that five minutes without slipping off. :)

We loved this pub, it was so homely with real fires and lovely food. The staff and the locals were all so friendly. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Had an evening meal here. Venison steak with Dauphinois potatoes. Fantastic! The staff were very helpful. Although a little expensive it's we'll worth it.

We stayed at the Old Railway Station and had dinner here every night. It's a two minute walk away and a perfect end to the day without having to get in the car and drive somewhere.

Service a little slapdash by a young inexperienced waitress. Very sweet and friendly but obviously hadn't been trained very well. Our main meals were good apart from my side salad which was not a good standard. A few wilted leaves, tomatoes and not much else....More

They change the Tapas menu regularly. Best ring and check . They also do 'light lunches', very good value and certainly not small. And very tasty.
