May have been bad timing as we arrived just after a tourist bus pulled in. Had a line up out of the shop. Staff were friendly enough given the rush hour but its the food that matters and it mattered that the potato pie was luke warm and lacked flavour, pastrie was soft and soggy. Pass...

The food is nice but you can get it at other good bakery's. Don't be caught when the bus loads of tourists arrive it a wait. The staff are friendly but very busy.

Came in not knowing what I was wanting to buy but the potato pies and cornish pasties called out my name. Absolutely delicious!!

Stopped in for breakfast with the boys and had a great lambs fry and bacon meal. Code was good too. Was so happy we bought a takeaway pie as well. Customer service was very helpful and friendly.

Got in just before a group of "mainlanders", Chinese mainland that is & decided on scallop pies, again ! , with a plate of vegetables. Scallops must be two a penny in Tas if they put them in pies, and, you get the whole scallop including the roe. Service was quick thanks to a lot of multi-tasking, maybe they could... More

Ross is a very interesting and historical town well worth visiting with great photo opportunities. We stopped at the bakery for lunch and coffee as we have had great experiences with country bakeries in Tas. Unfortunately the Cornish pasties here were more sausage roll than pastie, the sausage rolls greasy and odd tasting and the coffee was ok as long... More

Beautiful town. Scallop pie was worth the stop, although i was dissappointed with the lady's service which kinda spoil the experience. Thankfully the pie was great

Had a scallop pie here which they are supposedly famous for. It was OK for me. Staff seemed more interested in cleaning than serving while I was there. Some nice looking pies and baked good in the cases. Kind of middle of the road for me.

Pie perfection and friendly service. Plus we found out there's a store back home that sells their pies too. The holiday never has to end!
