We enjoyed a breakfast in this small cafe sized building overlooking the hotel, on a Sunday morning when many other places were closed. Greeted with a friendly smile, a table was made available to us without any fuss. 2 generous serves of Eggs Benni followed,...More

This cafe was delightful. Firstly, the owner is just the cutest little old lady, and the staff were brilliant. Particularly a very charming young man, I will definitely be recommending this cafe to my daughter and her friends haha :) the views were pretty, but...More

Lovely, homely place with great food. Open when much else was closed too. Gluten free options were easily accommodated.

Another review from a customer that never complained about anything that they ate, even though the waitress asked you if everything was satisfactory during your time here. Considering you ate absolutely everything that you ordered, we feel your review is totally ridiculous. For the record...More

Your review is farcical. Maybe an apology to the customers that were enjoying breakfast would be more appropriate.

Very good food and welcoming staff. Everything is home made with local products. Mains are tasteful and not too expensive. Make sure you don’t leave without trying the pastries...! Enjoy.

Like stepping back into an old fashioned lolly shop and then the café itself - friendly staff, great food and those Scallop Pies!!!! Will be back next time we are in Tassie :)

The staff are friendly and helpful. But the salmon aioli in a toasted roll (“foccacia?”) was awful. The two tired salmon slices and a couple of squashed wilted lettuce leaves inside were most unappetising. The flat white coffee was amatuerishly made. Sorry, but if they are...More

Thanks for your review. We are amazed that you didn't complain to us during your visit if it was as bad as you say. Maybe less time criticising businesses would be more beneficial to you during your holidays.

The price was an instant turn off. The coffee was reasonable but for $4 you can get a better coffee from Moby Dicks Cafe
