Our group drove specifically and expectantly to Kate's Berry Farm on recommendation. It was a bit of a let down. Hard to believe the limited area under farm was actually commercial in scale. Produce on sale. even were purportedly locally produced seemed expensive. Too much...More

And the best vanilla ice cream in tas! Be sure to stop for afternoon tea or breakfasts even. Remember berries are a seasonal fruit so you may not see the plants. Nonetheless bring along a friend and enjoy the ambience and amazingly simple berry menu.

We pulled into what we thought was a farm. Little did we know that it is a restaurant and shop and that's about all. No luck here!

We stopped and sampled some jams. They were great. We bought a jar to take with us. While there we shared a macadamia nut bar that was divine! There is a very clean toilet for customer use. Free wifi is available.
