First, let it be known that the server did an excellent job. She was Lexi 1. Bob Evans offers an extra cost item of a 3 course all white meat broasted chicken dinner. This is misleading as one of the three pieces is a shriveled up mostly all bone chicken WING. If you are going to pass off chicken wings... More
3 meals to go at counter. Waited, but one one was sure who had the counter service. Finally after 10 min. took my order. Then meals were sent to go area. As Iwaited.,15 minutes, Food was cold as I waited. They said they were waiting on a side of bacon. Waffles and pancakes, and egg sandwich.,cool quickly. Never order to... More
We had a party of 7 so the waitress had a lot to deal with. We were promptly served coffee with a smile and a warm welcome. We all had breakfast food; eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and omelets. I've been to Bob Evans for both breakfast and dinner over the last week. The quality was great, the service good and... More
As is typical for me, I stopped six mornings in a row at the Northwood Bob Evans. I have their breakfast menu memorized from stops across Michigan and Ohio. For me standards are the Rise and Shine, and the multi-grain pancakes (not at the same sitting, of course). I find the food of good quality, and service excellent. I would... More
Bob Evans used to be the place to have a great meal! Now the food is extremely small portions and over priced. The staff is wonderful, but sometimes I think they are even embarrassed to bring these overpriced small portions to the table. Like every place else, their jarred salad dressing has been made in smaller jars and the price... More
This Bob Evans was once the best in the area; but they are slipping badly. My opinion is based on multiple recent visits. Most servers are great and do an excellent job; but the restaurant itself is cutting food quantity and quality. The coffee is bitter and has to be cut with hot water. Food quantity has been reduced and... More
We were travelling to the Upper Peninsula, MI to do some snowmobiling and we stopped in for a late breakfast. Probably one of the worst service experiences ever. Apparently they were missing some servers because it took forever to take a drink order. We were in there for almost two hours for what we hoped to be a quick stop.... More
There aren't any Bob Evans restaurants within 600 miles of where I live so I look forward to my trips back east so I can catch a meal or two at Bob Evans. The food is great, like grandma used to make, and the price is really reasonable. I love, love, love Bob Evans!
