We usually eat here for at least one meal while in town, everything they serve is great. If you can't make it in for a meal just stop by and get dessert they usually have at least 3 HUGE cakes and a dozen pies. You better get there early they go fast. My favorite is the Hummingbird cake -YUMMY

Went a lunch time with my husband and child. Food was good, gave good proportions, regular diner food. The prices to me were a little high. our waitress wasn't not friendly but she wasn't friendly, she just seemed like her mind was somewhere else. Barely came to check on us and kept bringing us other people orders etc. good food... More

We had breakfast here on the way out. Excellent! Good ole country cooking. Between everyone in our party think we had everything on the menu, everything was great. We will visit again when we are in the area.

We stopped by for breakfast. Our omelettes were very good and the hash browns were super crisp which were awesome. Only downside is that the service was pretty slow.

We used Trip Advisor to select our restaurant for lunch last Saturday in Broken Bow. There were 11 of us eating together, so we were prepared for the usual setbacks when with a larger party. We ordered lots of different things -- hamburgers, chicken fried steak, fried fish, onion rings, hushpuppies, sandwiches, etc. Every item was delivered hot and in... More

This was the top rated place to eat?? So we went -- large large portions, super reasonable prices. Huge chicken fried steak, great catfish. Large drinks -- the atmosphere is simple. Nothing fancy -- this must be one of those places that has been there forever and people love it because of that. Food was good -- it just seemed... More

My wife and I each had an awesome hamburger & fries for lunch! The place was packed (it seems a lot of the local folks like it - which is always a good endorsement!!). Although the service may have been a bit slow, the wait was well worth it. The menu is extensive country cooking items.

We enjoy the food as well as the pie! We eat here at least once every trip we make to Broken Bow Lake. Often Crowded but food is still good. Sometimes it's easy to get lost in the crowd during a rush.
