Ricky's is the first Mexican restaurant we visited when we moved to Norman 13 years ago. We enjoyed it then and still do 13 years later. Expect to spend 50 bucks. For 2 with 1 drink each. My favorite is the Bisteak Ranchero

This was close to my hotel, so I tried it out. I had beef Fajitas, they were average. My waitress was very good, my swirl Margareta was good. Not sure if I would go back.
Went with a friend the beef tips were dry - over cooked - The 1st Mango Daiquiri was Great - however the 2nd was made with tequila - so it wasn't that good. The waiter was average for being new

This place used to be great before it moved to the new location several years ago. Cleanliness is the biggest problem. Next would be the unfriendly wait staff, followed closely by seriously bland food.
seems like they make the meals way ahead of time and just reheat. the food was bland, I don't think the salsa could have been thinned out anymore than what it was anymore thinned out you would of just had water.
