the breakfast food was fine. The few servers, very busy. It was the red chili sauce that made this place a winner. Very reminiscent of northern New Mexico food. The warm green chili sauce is also excellent. Try it.

Juan's offers fresh, flavorful food for breakfast and lunch. It's a local favorite, the kind of place where they "know your name." The offering have a Mexican flair, but people with lower tolerance for heat can find many options too. This is my favorite place...More
I clearly understand why this place gets great reviews; it deserves it! We went for brunch during the week and enjoyed the food and service! We have been to Chips N' Ales (terrible) and Ted's Escondido (okay) and they are ranked higher than this place....More
A justifiably popular local breakfast place. Excellent choice of tex-mex inspired breakfast options ... and the chorizo omelette was delicious. Food is prepped fresh, so don't expect to dine and dash.
One of the best breakfasts in town. This is a great biscuit and gravy restaurant. The green chilies sauce is homemade and excellent, great omelets and spicy fried potatoes.
