A really fresh, tasty and varied lunch buffet and a real bargain. Have also gone at night for regular menu and very good and fresh. Love this place.

Thai Kum Koon used to be around the corner from our house. (It has since moved to 1241 Alameda St, Norman, OK 73071.) If I didn't feel like cooking, this was a great go-to. We loved their curry! Green, red, vegetable, shrimp~always delicious, with fragrant rice on the side. Always ordered plenty of spring rolls. We started noticing changes a... More

They recently moved to 1241 Alameda St, Norman, OK 73071. I've eaten at their restaurant for years and always consistently had great Thai food. I was so happy to find they moved to my neighborhood. Price - cheaper than other Thai places in town Quality - excellent Value - good - I always take home left overs Selection - large

My family and I have been eating at Thai Kum Koon since 2002. It is the best place in Norman for Thai food! I felt sad that they moved from their old location, but things like that happen. Whenever we have friends or family come visit, they always ask if we can go eat here. If it is their first... More

We drove by this restaurant searching for a place to have lunch. The reviews were good so we stopped. The buffet is small but adequate. Two buffets and one Thai coffee was less than $20.00 so it was a good value. All the food choices were very good. The fried rice and masaman curry was excellent. What I thought was... More

This is one of our family favorites. It costs less than most of the other Thai places in Norman and serves some of the best Thai food. We usually end up going for dinner, but they also have a good lunch buffet. I always get the Chicken Himmapan which is awesome. It's a large plate and comes with a large... More

I first got take out from here. Chicken spring rolls are good, and I also got the shrimp fried rice which is Thai style fried rice. It was very good, a little different tasting from normal fried rice. Then a week later spouse and I tried the buffet for lunch. Small buffet but lots of choices including fruit and salad,... More

My wife ordered the buffet for lunch, and I ordered just a side of spring rolls, which took over 20 minutes to arrive. The buffet was mis-labled, had very few options, and was the worst tasting Thai food we've ever had. Luckily, Norman has several very good Thai restaurants to choose from, so we'll never make the Thai Kum Koon... More

Quiet place with a good buffet. Standard Thai fare, nothing spectacular or outstanding. It's easy to get to, parking is limited

This restaurant is poor from the decor, cleanliness, and quality of food. Server seemed like they didn't care. We ordered several things and the best was marginal. The Chicken Po-Piah (spring rolls) were nothing to write home about, just average at best and my guess is they are frozen and not made fresh. The chicken panang curry had what appeared... More
