I've driven by this place for years, finally had a chance to stop last weekend. Burger was good-cooked just the way I ordered it. Very juicy. Onion rings and fries just so so. Disappointed. Probably won't be back.

I went in to this, what seemed to be a mom and pop small restaurant to have lunch. I ordered a 1/3 double meat Hamburger with lettuce, mayo, and tomatoes. I also ordered a side of onion rings. I wanted to try the Frito Chili Pie and had them put onions in. I usually wouldn't have went with onions, but... More
Ty's has been around for a long time in Tulsa, and it's been a long time since I ate there so I stopped in recently for a Saturday lunch. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the decor is simple. I would have to add dusty and old to that... I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and waited in... More
Delicious burgers. They are pretty simple. Nothing over the top. Just great burgers. The fries are thin and piled high. Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. The one tv is always tuned to fox news. Vintage beer signs and a few old fashioned touches. Aside from that, it's just a no frills, decent sized, burger joint.
This is the first time I have seen 1/2 slice of a tomatoe on my burger. The meat was super thin. Fries were homemade, pretty good but a little greasy. Service not very friendly.
i waited 45 minutes for mediocre food, bad service, and they were out of onion rings. I only recommend going to this place if your not hungry and carry cash, because it's cash only. Unlike most restaurants you have pay for refills; and to top it all off, no one ever told us why it took so long to make... More
Awesome burgers, but if you don't like burgers, don't go here because that is all that they have. Free drink for TU students.
