The food was plentiful, but was barely warm when we got our orders, which took a long time getting to us. Our waitress was really good which is why this place got a three.

We discovered Pancho's about four years ago. Since then we've had lunches here about five times during our occasional visits to Brookings. The interior of the restaurant is clean, moderately colorful and a pleasant place to be. The food has been consistently good. And the service is generally good though we have on occasion experienced lapses when the waitress seemed... More

Decent Mexican food. Fish tacos were large and pretty tasty. Good service and very busy on a Saturday night. Second time I have eaten here and it's fine

Family owned restaurant for two generations and it just keeps getting better. The selections are flavorful, healthy, and beautifully presented. My favorite is the chile rellenos. Ask for extra sauce, a spoon, and tortillas to get every drop. I have lost count of how many times we've been there and no matter what we order every one at the table... More

We stopped in once getting to Brookings looking for a snack and a cocktail. Ponchos satisfied our craving. We had the shredded beef nachos. The beef was great it tastes like it had been cooking all day. It was the only place we could find that has a full bar and serves lunch. Will be back.

Every facet of dining was excellent. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was good, with the exception of it sometimes being a little loud.

... visiting family in the area and they took us to Pancho's. I could tell by the great Mexican food smell as I walked in that this was going to be good!! We sat in the outdoor patio and we all ordered from the lunch menu. All our dishes were outstanding and very reasonable!
