We stopped in Carlton on our way from the coast to Salem. The stop in Carlton for lunch was delightful. This restaurant has outside seating as well as inside. The food was fresh and very good.

Small family owned restaurant with fantastic food. The smoked salmon was out favorite and they were happy to share the recipe. We are so glad they did, we have made this dip many times over!
