I talked my husband into trying this little cafe instead of Subway next door as I believe in supporting small businesses. Big mistake. The greasy Windows and doors should have been my first clue. The torn upholstery and tired menus next. Then we were served the worst hamburger ever (the meat, if you can call it that, was gristle and... More

Checked the website which said they were open til 9:00. We were surprised and disappointed to find they are a breakfast and lunch place now. Phone number on line didn't work either. Please update your your website for those of us unfamiliar with your area. Thanks.

Stopped here after traveling from Portland, we got gas at the station next door stopped here because it was convenient. Just had burgers which were good. We travel with a small service and were questioned about it when we entered, she sat under the table the entire time. The restrooms are in the basement making it difficult for my wife... More

Having spent a good portion of the day driving to and around Crater Lake National Park, we were hungry for lunch and were getting concerned because of the lack of towns and eateries along the way. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon when we drove into the small community of Chemult, OR. One of the first places we saw... More

Leaving Crater Lake and were looking for a place to eat lunch on the way back to Eugene when we stumbled across KJ's (Formerly called The Wheel). Very unique decor. They were very busy but still got our food out in a timely manner. I had the cheeseburger in paradise which I recommend. Good size burger with fresh jalapenos. They... More

Chemult was on the way to Crater Lake on our most recent trip. We had breakfast at Wagon Wheel twice because the first day was so good! If you're expecting fancy, you won't get it here, but good, solid breakfast, you will get! I loved the John Browns - hash browns with ham, onion, tomato grilled all together and topped... More

This was close to our motel where we spent the night before going to Crater Lake. The place was a little understaffed since the cashier was also the lone waiter. The breakfast food was good. The waiter made sure those of us who drank coffee or tea had enough.

We had breakfast there, one of the few places open earlier then 8 or 9. Great Server he was prompt very friendly and they serve so very good coffee. If we are ever thru Chemult again that will be the place we stop to eat.

While fueling up at the station next door, one of our boys saw the sign for Cinnamon Rolls. Of course, it doesn't take much prompting to get Dad to check it out. He came back a few minutes later with two huge, hot cinnamon rolls! The boys were thrilled and loved them so much we stopped again on our way... More

So 3 of our party of 5 got burgers. They were good. Not unreal. The owner was a crab but the old man waiter was awesome! My husband got the chef salad and it was little. We tried the cherry pie and it was great.
