The view of the bay is great especially during sunset. The service is usually friendly and the food is okay but priced on the high side. You do get free bread and the calamari is good. We will be going back again I am sure.

I spent last weekend in Rockaway Beach and asked for a decent place for dinner; the Pirate's Cove was recommended. It took a few minutes for the hostess to acknowledge I was waiting to be seated (although in all fairness, it was busy that evening and I was alone so perhaps it was assumed I was with someone else). The... More

Greeted by friendly waitress as we entered. Lots of seating by the windows all with a great view of the ocean. Had a great lunch - clam chowder, green salad, shrimp basket, halibut basket, and pan fried oysters. No complaints, everything was very good . We will be back.

No gluten free options or even gluten free bread at lunch. (It would be so easy to have a loaf of gf bread in the freezer in case someone needed it). Also, the service was very slow, it looked like there was one server on duty. On the other hand, the view is awesome!

On a recent trip to the Oregon Coast we happened to get hungry at just the right spot. Purely by chance, we spotted Pirate's Cove restaurant on Hwy 101 as we were approaching Garibaldi from the north. The exterior is not particularly impressive and it would be easy to overlook it. If you are lucky enough to stop and go... More

I went to this restaurant with my parents. The view is beautiful and they were very accommodating. The prices were high, but it is a seafood restaurant. The preparation seemed a bit heavy and "old school" but it all tasted good!

I'm so disappointed! The view was amazing, however I've had better food at McDonald's. How hard is it to make a decent Caesar Salad and clam chowder? Both were like a cafeteria. My husband got fish and chips. $16 and they tasted like fish sticks from the frozen section and a grocery store! Save yourself and taste buds! Skip this... More

This little restaurant sits right on top of the bay in Garibaldi. The view is spectacular and the food is delicious.
