Longtime good Gresham spot. Know for their homemade bread, soups and deserts. Always a good selection with tasty food. Buy half portions unless you want to take home a doggy bag for later.

Nice quaint, old fashioned atmosphere. The sandwiches are tasty and huge. If you order a sandwich, I'd suggest splitting one or planning to take home half. I don't really enjoy their dinners.

We found ourselves in Gresham. I picked Truffle Hunter off a review I read. We ate lunch there. The service was good. The food was awesome. My daughter had the tuna melt, hat to know how many cases of tuna were used, other half had the French dip, and I had the ruben. I can honestly say that each of... More

Love this place! We have been eating here for over 30 years! Super great home-made real food! There are no other places who can make better deserts! They are fabulous! We love their homemade bread! The garlic bacon fries are to die for! The staff and owner are super nice too!

This was our first visit & we enjoyed a very pleasant lunch , the house soup is a very tasty & hearty Hungarian Mushroom. I had a hot beef sandwich, very large portion, moist & large portion of pot roast, hubby had fish & chips, also a big hit & large portion. Service was wonderful, wonderful hose made bread. Too... It's amazing how many people don't know about this place!!! I'd say best kept secret in Gresham. The sandwiches are piled high, great selection, and high quality. I've recently moved away but we always try to stop by here on our way through to grab lunch. They also do a great job if it's to go.

Charming little local gem, but I think some of the "sparkle" has gone out. Restaurant seemed kind of tired inside and not very clean. Took my father for Father's Day and thankfully his meal was really good (Shrimp Pasta) Serving condiments in plastic take out containers not very classy though. Each entree came with a small salad, that was pretty... More

The menu is varied but we always seem to wander back to the plates that taste like home cooked pot roast or turkey or chicken. Their sandwiches are huge. They make there own amazing bread and rolls. You will be tempted by the huge desserts - big enough to share. Highly recommended. One tip: it sometimes is so busy that... More

I like the place. For Gresham Oregon, it's one of the few nearby places that presents at least a little charm for the atmosphere with its eclectic set up in an old house. Though it was a little cold in there with our recent visit. It should be said, the four or five times I've been there with the wife,... More

Homemade breads, delicious sandwiches, to die for soups, desserts for royalty, and fun friendly service. What more do you want?
