Any time of day or night, this place is a must. They have a large breakfast menu (rough and ready!) and you can enjoy a Bloody Mary from the bar while you're at it! Good prices. I've also been during the evening and it's a...More

This is a very hometown atmosphere. Don't be in a rush when you go. It is a fairly popular local bar. There are areas for seating that are not very close to the bar. Really tasty food!!

We ate lunch here as part of a tour group. The food was very good and plentiful. Service was also quite good. The restrooms were very interesting with risque art works in both the men's and women's facilities. We ate in a separate room from...More

The title says it all, the cheese burger was very good, and the beer was very cold. The service was good and the prices were very reasonable.

Against our better judgment, we tried Rainbow Cafe a second time. The menu is the typical American breakfast. Every breakfast option has meat &/or eggs except the oatmeal. We ordered an oatmeal, and a breakfast of hash browns, bacon & eggs. It was seat yourself,...More

We love this place. It is old school, but the ambiance is everything. The off-beat signs on the wall, the buffalo head, rodeo star photos, all tourists must go here. It is the longest lasting spot for a tavern in Oregon, I am told.

The hamburger steak with eggs and hash browns was the BEST that I have ever eaten-think they called it cardiac arrest.......Fresh hamburger meat, not pre-made and super, super delicious....huge, fresh and flavored wonderfully....hash browns just...More

Driving through town decided to try this place. First impression not great. Clientele at bar looked a little sketchy. But staff was friendly enough. Minors allowed in the back. Sat at the counter and watched our lunch being made. Decent food, large portions, VERY reasonable....More

We stopped in for a soda as we were half hour early to an appointment and say there for OVER ten minutes without a word. No service no service no hello. There was two customers there. We finally walked out. Will NOT return!

Hi. To answer your question, yes they can. Kids can dine in the Rainbow anywhere past the pool tables until 4:30 PM. I hope this helps.
