Noodles dumplings were very good, we went for lunch and got a complementary cup of hot and sour soup which was good. Spring roll could be better. Good service, great value/price ratio, place was clean and cozy.

Great for a fast lunch of handmade noodles- different choices with cabbage, pepper and onions, tofu with noodles, chicken and noodles, beef and noodles. Choose level of spiciness- we had hot which was just right. Very reasonable prices at lunch - $9-$10. Complimentary egg drop...More
Frank's Noodle house is just that - a converted house. Not expansive but you're not sitting on top of other patrons. The staff is very efficient, friendly and attentive. I had the noodles which I thoroughly enjoyed. The heat level is rated as 1 through...More

All noodles, no chicken, no veggies. 90% glueten...10% missing. Save your time and dollars...look elsewhere. Also...Frank upset that we were going to use credit card...thus, used cash.
The handmade noodles are amazing they give you a big dish. The sauce was underwhelming. The place was packed and like a lot of restaurants in Portland it was in a older house instead of a traditional restaurant. We walked from our motel. We were quoted...More
I loved the noodles and appreciated the fact that they are hand made. However, I wasn't very pleased with the sauce that came with my black bean or the noodles soup which my sister got. I thought both dishes needed something extra.
