Very much a neighborhood joint, they make some of the best tortas I've ever had. In addition to the tortas, you need to try the sweet potato fries and fried cauliflower. Friendly staff, and kid-friendly environment.

Food carts were shut as it was Sunday, brew pubs wouldn't let us in as we had 4 month old baby so we ended up here. REALLY glad we did! Had lovely beers on tap, fish and street tacos and avocado Pasilla, absolutely delicious. Staff helpful as I was a silly English girl, couldn't work out the menu!

Torta-Landia is tucked away a block off SE Foster Road on SE 60th. It's bright colors and roll up door are inviting for those who come looking for some of the best tacos in Portland and a price that locals and travelers can afford. Billed as a margarita bar, Torta-Landia is much more and boasts a creative menu with changing... More

What a gem! It is a pretty hipster kind of place and it was beyond my expectations. Even though it is a bit out of city center it really is worth visiting. There was 10 of us so we had a chance to taste almost anything on the menu and not a single thing i did not like. Margaritas were... More

The food is great, affordable, and they always have hockey on. They make a stiff margarita and have great beer selections. The kitchen is open for viewing and they just really care about serving people good food. This is the type of place that you order food at the counter and hang out. The Trivial Pursuit cards in the table... More

Right off Foster on 60th, hidden quietly in the streets of SE Portland this restaurant is a delight. We were cautious at first, as the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, however, the food, drinks and prices are unbeatable. This is a unique twist on classic mexican food and as far as I'm concerned the best mexican food in Portland.... More

A modern, gritty gastronomical gem 15 minutes drive from Downtown Portland. I took a steak Mexican-style sandwich and was impressed. The meat was flavorful, the whole dish was juicy and rich in flavor and just plain good. The nachos came with a Salsa to die for. The side dish (mashed beans&bacon) was not so impressive, however.
