My first visit to Pazzo was an unexpected surprise. Went there because other local eateries were providing hour or more waits. While Pazzo was very busy, they still managed to squeeze myself and my work peers in. Our waiter was quick to arrive and take...More
Ate here with my family as it was close to our hotel. They had a variety of pizza and pasta meals that were good, we have no complaints at all. Staff was friendly and attentive. Decent wine selections.
Thanks for the fine review Amos6022. Looking forward to having you back at Pazzo.
I used to love Pazzo - every bite was a trip to Italy. It's still good, but it seems to have slipped a bit. The best offerings on our latest visit were the Caesar salad and the rigatoni with meat sauce. However, the spaghetti with...More
Thanks for taking the time to review Pazzo and your continued patronage of Pazzo. We'll share your feedback with the chef and look to make things better on your next visit.
I have been here twice in the past month and both times I found the staff to be delightful but the food generally to be lacking. Two weeks ago we ordered a salad and Margarita Pizza. The salad was "fine" and the pizza just Blah...More
Hi Margaret. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with our menu. We are in the process of revamping our happy hour menu and look forward having you back.
Enjoyed both lunch and dinner here during a great Portland jaunt. Had the crab & avocado sandwich for lunch and pasta with mushrooms for dinner. Got a great table right next to the huge windows looking out onto the street. Fun people watching.
Hi Lindsay. Thanks again for joining us for both lunch and dinner!
I have to eat Gluten free and they were very accomodating! The staff was friendly and helped us map out our visiting around the city
That's for the great five star review! As you saw we have great gluten free options. Hope Portland continues to treat you well.
Been to Pazzo a couple times and both times we had no trouble getting in. It seems that the place isn't widely recognized. Pazzo is situated between a number of hotels and maybe the idea of "Italian" food isn't appealing but folks are missing out....More
Thanks for the great review! Pazzo does have a long 30 year history of making some of the best Italian cuisine in Portland. Those who know have been coming to Pazzo for many, many years. Looking forward to having you back soon.
We were looking forward to a nice night out. It's been a few years since we have been to Pazzos. My wife had the halibut and it was good. I had the Lamb cheeks and the had no flavor. The whole dish was poorly thought...More
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience and we're sorry that you did not enjoy the dish. We typically have had great responses on this preparation on the lamb, but we'll definitely be mindful of this dish going forward....More
We arrived quite late at the hotel where Pazzo is located (Hotel Kimpton Vintage). Staff accommodated us quickly and mad no effort to rush us - even though we were near closng time. We felt valued and pampered
Thanks for the great 5 star review Dominic. Looking forward to have you join us again soon.
